| Will you please stop bashing MorphOS?
That the games in the list are not available for OS4 is no way MorphOS's fault. In fact, most MorphOS port's source is freely available. You don't have to send a CD via traditional mail and cover the costs, like the case with *coughs* Hyperion.
Quoting from the original webpage: "It's time for the Amiga Games Awards 2005 ! Vote for the best Amiga/MorphOS/AROS games of the year 2005."
It seems, at least for them, MorphOS and Aros is just as well OK to go. Is it just me, or moderation is a bit easy handed here, when it comes to bashing MorphOS? |

| Guys, guys, guys, settle down. Must everything always come down to my "milkshake is better than yours" sentiments? By all means, comment on the merits of the choice of games, but there is no need, no need I tells yers, to take this article down the current, ever-recurring cyclical arguments. _________________

No.
And any further posts on those particular issues:
a) MOS/AOS bashing b) Moderation
will be dealt with severely. _________________

| @mr_calibra:
Actually nothing like that. (Personally I couldn't play Q3 myself because these games make me motionsick, but I am interested in Q3 for its technical aspects.)
My point was that it was a bit hard to give votes for something you didn't even known to exist! Perhaps I should read more A.org, as Itix just said that there was actually an announcement there. |

The problem is not with MOS, but morelike it's users who cannot stand to promote it's "more amigaish" state than anyting else at these events. Just take a look @ mr.calibra's postings and you'll see what I'm talking about.
IMHO there were no real Amiga game released for a lot of years, so these kind of votings are only good for start another bunch of flames and nothing else... |

What Amiga games are under development/released lately these days?
- Battle Duel got updated - Wild Flying (was released by Push E. some moons ago) - Total Chaos - Boulder Däsh - Dynamite - hmm
The list is quite short. I think that there is some under-radar developing going on but we will see what happens.. |

I am really sad that there are almost no Amiga-only games available. Ported games are not really attractive to me |
Virtual Grand Prix 2, despite being a ported game has Amiga origins, and the developers are the same. I'd say it's far the best game in the list, once you get used to controlling the cars, I think Quake3 won mostly by it's technical merits. |

Take this as a formal warning, one more post on the MOS/AOS issue will be dealt with severely.

VGP should be interesting. There has always been a shortage for realistic car games on Amiga. |

| Two editted posts of Pixie's were made under duress (namely, mine), as I thought they were made in complete disregard to my warnings. Pixie assured me that this was not the case. I had asked Pixie to completely delete the contents of his two posts, which he wilfully complied with.
However, as I came to see what had transpired, through Private correspondence, I saw that my perception was incorrect, but Pixie had already deleted the contents of his posts.
Pixie, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience. I wish I could rectify the wrong, alas, I cannot, so it only remains for me to say sorry.
Sincerely
Nick

| This is a bit of a storm in a tea cup. If you want to play the latest and greatest games you have to be using something other than ASO4, MOS or AROS. _________________ Time to give up now I think

| If a working SDL-OpenGL wrapper will be released with the next SDK, you can bet you'll see rRootage running on Os4, too
