Some questions here:

- is this the announcement promised by Hyperion?
- is this OS4 on cyberstorm or 68k modules on A4000
- is this the first public demo of OS4 cyberstorm and if yes, why isn't it done by The Friedens? Or will there be an official demo before that (or after)?

And also, in the banner, there seem to be quite a lot of dates (like France, Germany, Italy).

So is this it? The start of the positive times?

It seems that AmigaOS4 is nearly finished. I'm quite sure we'll get
more information really soon now...

If you go to the german website, it clearly states that it will be running a native Amiga OS4 PPC kernel and several of the new modules to show off. I'm guessing this is the first demonstration of OS4.. :)

Wonder how to get the tour into more countries.. I know Scandinavia is quite interested in having a demonstration. :)

While I don't deny this is very exciting I would like it even more if this was Hyperion giving the announcement, it is thier baby afterall.

I just find it odd (tho not too surprising) that none of the Amiga Trio(tm hehe) (AmigaINC, Eyetech or Hyperion) have given any announcment as to any offical demonstration of OS4.

Still wouldn't mind seeing it in a few more contries, UK USA Oz etc.... hint hint

-edit-
I have just worked out that they are all at the south of Europe, the closest to me is some 650 miles away! That is over a days worth of driving! eek! Hope they can get some in the north of Europe... Say Calais

Anywhere in the UK would be great.
Maybe HAUG would be interested in organising something, as their AltWOA was cancelled because of OS4's non appearance.

I will not buy an AmigaOne until it's running AmigaOS 4.0 and I believe I'm not the only one! I am not interested in some @#$%& Linux distro, CPPC version or Peggy/MorphOS!

@Bodie

Yeah, I know, but I meant I can run a Linux distro on a much cheaper and cute mini-ITX board. I don't want to use an expensive custom build PPC motherboard for that. In spirit the Teron/AmigaOne was designed for AmigaOS 4.0, it's a marriage made in heaven

Unambitious lot. What's wrong with a holiday in the SW of France? Great food, wine, scenery, weather and a demo of PPC-native OS4?

You know who to contact
