2010: Great year !

In 2010, not only there are Olympics, football World Cup and America's Cup, but also two important anniversaries :

We will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Amiga and the 20th anniversary of the AMF (Swiss Amiga club) !

On September 11th and 12th in Morges, the AMF club (Amiga Multitask Force) will organize a demonstration to celebrate both anniversaries.

The French website www.meta-morphos.org is pleased to announce the immediate availability of pack Ultimate 1.6.1 for MorphOS 2.5 (registered or not).

This pack is not official, it will allow you to quickly and effortlessly obtain a more complete MorphOS environment. Included features are: mail, chat, calendar, address book, music and video players, drawing software, photo organizer, E-UAE integration in Ambient and GetVideo integration in OWB (via contextual menu) and much more.

1.14 (2010-August-22)

Softlink bug (owner,protection,size,date wrong for ExAll), fixed.

Softlink bug regarding inline expansion fixed.

Many improvements and fixes to caching system.

Using 32K blocksize did not work correctly, fixed.
(IceFilesytem works great with 512 though :)

Problem with SimpleMail fixed. (action_create_dir() returned wrong error code)

Recycledir fixes.

AROS Broadway is based on AROS.
AROS is a free and open source implementation of the AmigaOS 3.1 APIs.

Full of features but also a lightweight LiveCD.

Changes in 0.0.2R8

- reworked quickstarter layout and graphics
- added a second layout for people who like to have the dock on the side (can be changed via the starter->prefs->qstarter) changes will be saved
- click2front is now standard
- fixed some errors
- added: ArosVNC
- added: SabreMSN

Software News   OWB 1.9 for MorphOS released

Fab just released the 1.9 version of OWB for MorphOS. As he notes from now on the project will be updated directly against Webkit sources instead of OWB as the project seems stalled since May 2010.

... is ported to AmigaOS4. This opens up the doors for a flood of new game/demo/app ports.
The first decent game that is ported is called Mobius Skies - a very nice horizontal shmup.
