What rumour? I had no intention of speculating or spreading rumours by that statement. It's merely what we've come to know by the evidence presented in the legal proceedings between Amiga Inc. and Hyperion. Is it not true that you and your brother is suing Hyperion for non-payment? Are you saying this is fabricated evidence on Amiga Inc.'s behalf? Or have I misunderstood something?

I'm sorry but I really did consider it as a well known fact considering the attention and interest of many that the ongoing legal proceedings has had. My honest and in good faith response to people's celebration of Hyperion was to point out where the credit was really due. I'm surprised Enthilza is questioning it and I had no intention of turning this into a discussion about that to begin with. If Enthilza would like to clarify I'd appreciate it since making such cliff hanger out of it benefits noone, IMO.

I Thank Hyperion again for giving my serial back after a few months for OS4. This firm really works! About our AmigaOnes, can we "pioneers" get some updates too. Hear You, Bye.

Okay, I know the staff said otherwise, but I have to answer this:

NO, it is NOT true that we are suing Hyperion for non-payment. Got that? That is a rumor, and it is as false as a rumor can get. I don't know where you got that from, but say again, no developer is sueing Hyperion for non-payment, or damages of any kind.
