At last, an official OS4 website that I wouldn't feel embarrased to show people (unlike a certain Casino website I can think of).

Nice, but too late for me. I already switched over to Mac.

Good luck.

Looks good! (And on IBrowse as well, woo hoo!)

A few misc comments..ok, they becamse a 'few more,' but it's meant as constructive criticism and a few Qs, I think it's a good start!

on the left menu, the '-' just looks 'odd':
Home
AmigaOS
Amiga@20
-
About/Email

Also, the Amiga@20 should be renamed, although I'm not sure to what offhand.
'20 Features' - quick on/off could use some more info/numbers here, like it's shown in '20 reasons'

20 features- Scripting. Doesn't mention sharing of data or sending data to apps via ARexx, a bit more info would be good for this item. Is there going to be a python module to interface with ARexx?

20 Features/Icons handling. Should also mention Drag and Drop capabilities here.

20 Features/file structure. Not so with AmigaOS4.0: - the colon should be a semi-colon.

20 Features/XAD - umm, does this mean someone has managed a working rar/unrar plugin for xadmaster? I think there was another 'problematic' archive format but don't recall which it was..?

20 features/Grim Reaper- can app windows now be closed as well sanely/cleanly? (obviously in beta/final, not pre-release)?

20 features/GUI - lol, the classic theme hidden below the others ia great shot

20 features/better driving. May want to reword slightly to make more obvious this is an easy user-friendly function rather than 'something re-names your drives' (possible impression).

20 Features/Shell - umm. Is a better one coming? (alal KingCon, tabbed console, etc)

20 Features/Dockies - "but we expect the real fun to come when people start developing their own. " Umm, is the API close to being released now?

20 Reasons/Secure - more info needed there (well, *I*'d like more info there )

20 Reasons/Multimedia - "Smooth, properly synchronised, jitter-free multimedia is a given with AmigaOS4.0, and without the need to throw endless gigahertz of computing power at the problem." Is the beta-version really that much better, without the still common 'sound sutttering' problems or dropped frame playback on micros and XEs, or is this indicative of some other hardware? (serious question, not a troll...)

20 Reasons/software - I'd change os4depot reference from 'about 630' to 'over 600' so it isn't dated soon. (which is good, right? )

lastly, I'd consider a new domain name if at all possible...

The embedded market is where the $$ is, and there are a whole lotta X-Scale and ARM CPU's in that market space.

it just makes sense.

Now that is one fine piece of marketing. I'm impressed with how the writer utilized the Amiga brand and its history to link everything together and push into the future at the same time. This is the kind of thing I was expecting to see when OS4 shipped and I'm glad it was done. I'm not usually a fan of marketing drivel but that is one fine piece of drivel. Something I can show my manager. Something that targets new customers and opens doors. Kudos!

Great startup

OS4 needs advertising!!!

That´s the way to go

Perhaps a small tip. It would be great if a few good
screenshots could be scaleable to a bigger size after
clicking on them..
