Events   PUSH: One Week to GO!
Events posted by ironfist on 29-Jul-2005 19:45:40 (2644 reads)
PUGS wants to remind you of the PowerPC Computer Party of the year - PUSH. On Friday - in just one week - the doors are open. Bring your PowerPC computers for a great weekend of fun.

The entrance fee is set to 300 SEK but if you pre-register you get a 100 SEK rebate. We recommend everyone interested to pre-register. The registration is not cogent, so if you cannot come, we won't charge you anything. It is a mere way for us to get an idea of how many people coming.

I have finished my AmiGBG 2005 fair and celebrations report.

"Last Saturday on the 23rd of July Amigans worldwide celebrated the 20th birthday of the Amiga platform at several events and gatherings. It was the 23rd of July 1985 when the Amiga 1000 was unveiled to the public at the Lincoln Center in New York. At the three biggest Amiga birthday events there were also extensive AmigaOS4 presentations"

Software News   Lua, powerful embeddable programming language
Software News posted by ssolie on 27-Jul-2005 15:17:03 (4383 reads)
You'll find a port of Lua 5.0.2 on OS4Depot which was painfully easy to do thanks to its portability. Give Lua a try and see if you like it. It seems to be pretty popular if you Google around a bit. I'm personally just starting to get into it so let me know if you find it useful.
