Expat XML Parser supports AmigaOS 4.0 |
| Software News posted by ssolie on 26-Feb-2005 5:22:02 (5478 reads) |
The Expat XML Parser maintainers have accepted my changes for AmigaOS. This means the next release of Expat (which is due soon) will include official support for OS4 along with all the other platforms. You can find the Expat SDK on OS4Depot or just download from the Expat CVS directly if you wish. The included test suite and tools can be used to verify Expat is working correctly in your particular OS4 SDK installation.
Expat is pretty primitive as far as XML parsers go but it is also very fast and lean.
Please direct any patches, problems, etc. regarding the AmigaOS port to myself. See the README file for more information.

The Distributed Amiga RC5 team today overtook the Distributed Spanish Team and moved up to 13th place.
stats.distributed.net
iri2K (Fr] should be overtaken in a few days, and 11th place is easily achievable.
