There won't be an update 4. This is the last before release.

That doesn't mean that there won't be update 4 threads...wanna bet?

So that means no Warp3D drivers for Radeon 9x00 until then? How about the software renderer?

Thanks for the update!

Thanks for all your hard work!

This is great news. Can't wait to get back home from work and fire up my fixed AOne XE.

BTW, is there any special procedures to activate the VIA UDMA?

Maybe. I'm saying no Update #4, which means no big update like this or the previous ones. There might be a small bugfix release, depending on what pops up in the coming weeks, and in that case, there'll probably be updated Radeon drivers available as well.

Yes.

Please have a look at the installation PDF which tells you where you will find the appropriate documentation.

The obscurity in this is intentional, to make absolutely sure that you read the documentation, and know what you're up to.

@Orgin: if you have a digital camera around, maybe you can store the crashlog that way ;)

@EntilZha

Is there a way in the final version to make also a good wrapper for PowerUP ?

Does any of your games work through the warpos-wrapper? I installed Shogo but the mousepointer freezes as soon as the GUI comes up. I can't use the keyboard either but it reacts on reset (RA+LA+CTRL).

That shouldn't be necessary.

The memory buffer survives a reset:

KDebug "console memory"
- make it crash
- reboot
DumpDebugBuffer >crash.txt

This should do it.

I guess this means I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and install ISO 2 (March).

I don't think so, no. It's probably too much work, although it would probably be easier than the WarpUp wrapper.

But wasn't there an emulation for WarpUp ? Youy might want to try to run the PowerUp emulation on the WarpUp emulation on OS4

You have to set up the environment variables CDDADEVICE and CDDAUNIT, and make sure the asynchio.library has WarpUp support, i.e. either 40.x or 50.2.

This is great news.. It'll be six hours before I can get home to download it. Hopefully I'll be able to get in by then.
A Question: Do we now support mouse wheel and extra mouse buttons on PS2 mice? I've got a Logitech MX1000 laser mouse at home that's feeling under-appreciated.

Big thanks to all at Hyperion and all the developers out there!!
